By downloading or using NotepadMD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

License Grant

Free Licence

NotepadMD is provided free of charge for personal use and for businesses with fewer than 5 employees. This licence grants you the right to use, but not redistribute or modify, the software.

Pro Licences

Pro Personal and Pro Business licences provide the same usage rights as the free licence, plus access to priority support and future premium features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute or resell the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the software for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

NotepadMD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your documents and content remain your property. NotepadMD does not claim any rights to content you create using the software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NotepadMD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
